Who is the administrator?

In matters concerning your data, we act in the position of administrator: we determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and for how long.We select any other processors who will assist us in the processing of data.

Declaration/Statement
We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by the relevant legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and GDPR, and therefore that:

1. we will only process your personal data based on sound legal grounds, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or consent granted,

2. we comply with the information obligations under the relevant provisions of GDPR before the processing of personal data begins.

3. we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, which page you come from and if you come through one of our affiliated partners. We employ the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customise the website's display in our legitimate interest as an administrator. Our employees and associates, who can access your personal data, are bound by confidentiality and are fully trained in processing security. To ensure some specific processing operations that we are unable to provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialise in this specific processing and are in compliance with GDPR.

This means that when you browse the internet, you will be shown advertisements for products you have already shown an interest in, for example by visiting our website.
