1. General provisions
The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing electronic tickets from the online reservation system rezervace.chchp.cz (from now on referred to as the Seller), and define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Payment options
Online payments are provided through the payment gateway ComGate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Payment by credit card
This is the fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter your card number, expiration date and CVC code the three digits found on the signature strip on the back of your card. Itis all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you will likely be prompted to enter a numeric code, which you will receive via a text message from your bank.

After completing the online payment, you will be redirected back to the booking system. The amount of the transaction will be confirmed immediately, and the order will proceed without delay.

3. Claims

In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer is entitled to compensation for the costs incurred.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No.: 000 20 869, internet address: http://www.coi.cz, or https://www.coi.cz/informace-o-adr/, is the competent authority for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from a purchase contract.

The Buyer may also use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

4. Privacy Policy
By concluding the contract, the Buyer agrees to the processing and collecting of their data in the Seller's database. The customer's personal information is stored with regard to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, particularly the Act on the Processing of Personal Data No. 110/2019 Coll., as amended. The Buyer's data is fully secured against misuse. The Seller is prohibited in passing on the Buyer's data to anyone else.

In connection with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Regulation on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data, the Seller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the Buyer's data and also claims that only persons authorised by it have access to the personal data.

The Buyer confirms that they have familiarised themselves with the Seller's data protection policy and consents to processing their personal data. The full declaration is available zde..

5. Final provisions

These terms and conditions apply, as stated, on booking.chchp.cz, on the date of the order placed unless otherwise agreed in writing between the participants.
